Imphal, April 11: Categorically stating that it does not recognise the Indian Constitution as well as the election held under the Constitution, the proscribed KCP has today warned that it will take stern action against anyone found linking its name to the forthcoming Lok Sabha election.

In a statement issued to the press today, Pibarel Mangang, publicity secretary of the outfit, said that anyone found using the name of the KCP in the coming Lok Sabha election will be sternly dealt with.

Such elements will be regarded as enemies of the people and fitting action would be taken up.

If any candidate misuses the name of KCP, then the outfit will not keep quiet, warned the statement.
