Imphal, July 18: A sum of Rs 3,28,86,000 was unanimously passed by the State Assembly today after due discussion.

Taking part in the discussion for passing the demand, Tourism Minister C Doungel informed the House that the Restricted Area Permit has been relaxed to a certain limit.

The Minister said that 10 day time limit given to foreign tourists can now be extended according to the situation and merit of the case.

Foreigners should come in a minimum group of four, said the Minister but added if they in couples it need not necessarily be a team of four members.
