Imphal, January 05 2010: The Development and Protection, United Voluntary Organisation stated that no fee for the period which schools remaining close should not be paid decrying decision of some schools for taking fees for the period.

The statement signed by M Priyokumar, general secretary said that it is unfortunate that some schools instead of joining in the effort to re-open schools are trying to collect fees from the students.

It amount to add another woe to the parents and guardians who have been worried of keeping their children out of school for prolong period of time.

If any of the private schools in Nambol area takes fee, responsible for any untoward incident will be for their own.
