Dr Nimaichand Luwang was accompanied by deputy leader of the party's legislature wing, Dr Ng Bijoy, general secretary (administration) N Sanajaoba, information and publicity secretary Y Mangi, office maintenance secretary S Dilip and other functionaries.
The MPP team also provided monetary assistance of Rs 2000 to the bereaved family.
Speaking to local people at the home of Sanjit, Dr Nimaichand said that MPP condemns the twin killing.
He asserted that the twin killing was a clear case of fake encounter.
Saying that the party is working to publish a compilation of the cases of fake encounters that took place during the reign of SPF Government led by Congress, Dr Nimaichand said that once the compilation is published, copies would be sent to Union Ministries to give a detail report of the fake encounters.
He appealed to all those who witnessed the tragic incident to give their statements before the enquiry commission without any fear for the sake of future generations.
Sanjit's mother, Taratombi said that the last rites of her late son would not be performed until Chief Minister O Ibobi quits his post and the guilty commandos imprisoned.
One woman functionary of the JAC Against the Brutal Killing of Sanjit disclosed that she received threat messages through mobile phone.
"Yet, we would not be cowed down by such threats nor retrace a single step", she said.
She also insisted on resignation of the Chief Minister.
