Imphal, November 29 2009: The parents and guardians of the students of Savio English Higher Secondary School in a meeting held on November 29 decided to appeal both the agitators and class boycott supporters to bring an immediate solution.

The meeting urged upon AMSU, MSF, KSA and Apunba Lup to make education a 'free zone' and initiate other forms of democratic protest in the larger interest of the students of the State.

The meeting also urged upon the State Government to take up exemplary action against those involved security personnel in the BT road firing incident.
