KNF (MC) clamps curfew

Lamka, August 13: Taking note of the prevailing situation in the State, KNF (MC) has clamped an indefinite curfew in between 6 am to 6 pm beginning today, said its IPR Secretary Th Rio Kuki in a press statement.

The statement also included a number of do's and don'ts to be strictly adhered while accompanying children.

Nobody should accompany any student or children with out the consent of their parents, nor should they be transported without the company of parents, it said.

It also advised school buses and taxis to drop the school children to their respective houses.

Besides, any outside visitors should be made known to village elders and leaders, otherwise those hosting them should bear the consequences of any untoward incident arising out of them, it said and requested all concerned to assist the organisation in their bid.
