Imphal, June 05: UNLF has warned KNO/KNA against being a part of the proxy war being launched by the security forces against it.In a statement, senior publicity officer of UNLF Ksh Yoiheiba asserted that the security forces has been using the armed groups of small communities against UNLF to defeat the national liberation struggle.

The recent incident of killing an innocent person, Yumnam Roshan by KNO/KNA cadres at Moreh and latter dubbing him as 'a cadre of a valley-based UG group' was really unfortunate as it might create misunderstanding among the people of the two communities.

The people of Manipur should understand that their real enemies are the security forces and their stooges like KNO/KNA, Yoiheiba said, while appealing to all the people of Moreh to maintain peace and harmony.
