Imphal, December 01: The proscribed PREPAK has warned all those involved in whipping up a hue and cry over the capital punishment awarded to one Akoijam Romen alias Yaima on Sep 28 to surrender to the outfit within Dec 10 or else they will have to face the penalty that is given to them.

In a statement, Aheiba Angom in charge of publicity and propaganda of the outfit said that Romen was killed after due deliberations but some people without bothering to find out the reason or seek the reason, demolished the houses of Thockchom Naoba of Monshangei Mayai Leikai and ransacked the goods and properties of U Poirei alias Budhichandra of Wangkhei Angom Leikai and S Gopen of Tera Sapam Leirak.

All those involved in whipping up the sentiments of the people have earlier been warned to come to the outfit to talk things over, but some of them have still not turned up, said the outfit and warned that December 10 is the deadline or else they will have to face whatever penalty is given to them.
