Imphal, October 19 2010: Gauhati High Court Advocate K Rabei has sent a legal notice to the State Government regarding an RTI application seeking information on nominal roll of employees of Autonomous District Councils (ADCs).

The notice said that the RTI application was submitted by one DK Shimray of Viewland Bazar, Ukhrul on October 6, 2009 .

Shimray was neither provided information as sought for in his application nor compensation amount, it added.

The notice further said that Shimray again filed complaints to Manipur Information Commission regarding the matter on August 10 and September 17 this year.

It added that Shimray would be advised to move law Court if SPIO fails to provide complete information and compensation amount within 15 days.
