The apex body of All Manipur Working Journalists Union (AMWJU) conducted a protest rally and dharna on 28th October 2010 at Imphal city to protest against UGs' pressure to media house. As a result of this UGs' pressure, the local newspapers had temporary suspended their publication from October 27 2010.
