Second edition of Kwatha festival at Kwatha Village, the one and only Meitei village settled near the Indo-Myanmar Border , on October 27 - 29, 2017
The festival has been organised with the aim of creating exposure for the main source of livelihood of the villagers, namely Soibum or fermented bamboo shoot . Around 150 tents with a capacity for four people each was arranged for the festival .
