Pena recital by Guru Leibakmacha Singh at the Closing ceremony of the two-day long Festival of Pena and 45-day long Training / Production of Khubak Esei both organized by Prabhu Achouba Nupee Pala was held at Prabhu Achouba Mandap, Sagolband Tera Loukrakpam Leikai , Imphal on 18th April 2014.
