The folk play Henjunaha by Goshe Meitei revolves around the love between Henjunaha and Lairourembi, a legend from Moirang Kangleirol. The story is about the strong bond of love that existed between Henjunaha and Lairourembi, created by none other than the Supreme God Moirang Thangjing and Goddess Koireleima. Henjunaha, an orphan fall in love with Lairourembi , the only daughter of nobleman Laijinglakpa.
