11th Foundation day of Extra-judicial Execution Victim Families Association, Manipur (EEVFAM) at Kwakeithel, Imphal on July 11 2020 .
As a part of the observance, floral tributes were paid to the portrait of those victims of the fake encounter a total of 1528 cases of fake encounter cases, documented with the support of various human rights bodies particular the Human Rights Alert and the matter has been put up to the notice of the Supreme Court to deliver justice to the victims.
