Ningol Chakkouba :: MIK (Manipuri in kolkata) celebrated Ningol Chakouba on 21st October 2017 at Dinesh Nagar community Hall , Mukundapur, Kolkata.
In this celebration around 400 peoples (of Manipur origin) gathered together from different places of Kolkata .
Several activities and programs were performed including a Drawing Competition for childrens. As part of our Manipuri tradition khudol tamba (giving gift) to the ningols after lunch and taking blessing from their sisters by their brothers were performed.
The biggest festival of Manipur is Ningol Chakkouba every year (Hiyanggei gi 2 nini panba)
The Ningol Chakouba Festival is an outstanding social festival of the Manipuris
