First time in the state of Manipur, a Festival of Kites was held at the Akampat Football Ground on 26 feb 2012.
Organised under the theme of "Nungsitpudi Pankhoklana Ngammi", the event was hosted by Iramdam Marketing and Infrastructure Promoting Agency (IMIPA).
