Senior leader of the Communist Party ofIndia (CPI), Pheiroijam Parijat Singh (72) passed away after a brief illness at his residence in Nongada, Imphal East district on 6th March 2015.
Parijat was one of the seniormost Left leaders, who also served as Health and Civil Supplies Minister.
Political leader and supporters paid floral tribute to the mortal remains of the CPI leader at his residence.
