Graced by President of India, Ram Nath Kovind along with First Lady Savita Kovind, Manipur Governor Najma Heptulla, Union Minister of State for Tourism (Independent Charge), K. Alphons, Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Pema Khandu and Chief Minister of Nagaland, TR Zeliang graced the colourful function as guests of honour while Manipur Chief Minister N. Biren was the functional president.
