Visit & Relief at South Changoubung Village, Kangpokpi District & Tumuyon Khullen, Senapati District on 07 March 2021 ; organized by Ramakrishna Mission, Babupara, Imphal

On Sunday, 7th March, 2021, the Ramakrishna Mission, Imphal, distributed clothing materials to 70 poor & needy families at South Changoubung Village, Kangpokpi District, more than 50 Kms away from Imphal.
A Set of clothing (consisting of 1 male trouser, 1 male jacket, 1 female trouser & 2 female Tops/shirts) were provided to each beneficiary family. There were many children present who were also provided with note books, pen, pencils, chocolates & biscuits.
The villagers expressed their heartfelt thanks & conveyed their prayers & blessings, stating that it rarely happens that any organisation reaches out to them.
Later, we also visited Tumuyon Khullen Village, Senapati District, and distributed similar sets of clothing to 10 underprivileged families.
Clothing, Sports, Educational items, Hygiene kits (consisting of soap, toothpaste, washing powder & skin moisturiser) and Cakes & Biscuits were also provided to 14 Children staying at a Destitute Children Home in the Village.
