Lungshang lies one miles north east of the Shangshak Village. During the Battle of Sangshak, General Miyazaki of the 31st Division of Imperial Japanese Army stationed in this village of Lungshang. He had with him 4 field guns at Lungshang. This four field Guns fired from Lungshang towards the Allied troops at Sangshak during the battle of Sangshak. The battle of Sangshak took place from 21st to 26th March 1944.
