Dhol Chollom : Festival of Manipuri Dance and Music was held for the first time in Chandigarh on 16-17th February, 2013.
Sh Shivraj Patil, Governor of Punjab inaugurated the Festival in the presence of Sh Gurbachan Jagat, Governor of Manipur, Smt. Shanta Serbjeet Singh, Vice-Chairman, Sangeet Natak Akademi, New Delhi, and Prof. N Tombi, Vice-Chairman Jawaharlal Manipur Dance Academy, Imphal.
