After retirement from JNMDA, Sri Thokchom Chaotombi Singh has done many enchanting Art characters as he says he would love to 'die as an Artist' .
He had established many Choreographic Art forms like Octave 2009, 2010 (Orgnised by North Eastern Zonal Cultural Center, Dimapur).
He has choreographed the Manipuri Classical Ballet "Keibul Kaoiba" "The Man Tiger" , and later he choreographed his own Dance form in "Yogi Besh" in collaboration with Performing Artist's Center, Khurai Imphal.
