Opening Ceremony at the 27th NE Games 2013 at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium, Imphal :: April 8 2013
Around 1400 players from seven North East States - Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura and host Manipur will be competing in Athletics, Badminton, Boxing, Football, Hockey, Judo, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Weightliftingnand Wushu.
Judo and Badminton would be held at Indoor Stadium, Khuman Lampak, Weightlifting at SAI SAG, Table Tennis at Indoor Hall of National Sports Academy, Hockey at Khuman Lampak Hockey Stadium and Taekwondo at the newly constructed Indoor Stadium of National Sports Academy, Khuman Lampak
Manipur had won Overall Team Champion's title 21 times and Overall Runner Up's title four times in the history of the Games.
