The Maram Festival also known as Kanghi traditional festival of Maram tribe at Maram Khullen under Senapti District, Manipur celebrated sometime in the last week of December 2008. The Mukna competition (Wrestling) played in the original and traditional style is with no cloth , with thousand of villagers enjoyed and witnessed the competition. The Maram tribe still preserve their original culture and Identity and would like preserve in future too.
