Closing Ceremony and Final Match of 7th Shaheed Manoranjan Singh Memorial State Level Football Tournament on April 4 2017 (started on 23rd March 2017) at Khuman Lampak Main Studium .
Jointly organised by Group Center, Langjing CRPF and Imphal West District Football Association, Manipur under the aegis IG Manipur & Nagaland Sector CRPF & All Manipur Football Association (AMFA)
The final match was played between NEROCA FC, Shangakpham and MTFC, Leimakhong and won by NEROCA FC by 8-0 Goal .
