Birchandra Singh Football Academy (TBSFA) club Birchandra Memorial Sporting Club (BMSC) of Taobungkhok represented Manipur entered the final after defeating Kingfisher East Bengal in tie-break by 4-2 goals in the first semifinal match of the qualifying round of the North, North East and East Zone Manchester United Premier Cup 2013 India Finals organized by Jarkhand Football Assn under the aegis of the All India Football Federation held at Keenan Stadium Tata Steel Jamshedpur on 2nd May 2013
