The 79th Death Anniversary of Haipou Jadonang was observed at G.M. Hall on August 29 2010. Freedom Fighter Haipou Jadonnang was hanged to death by the then British Government on alleged charge of waging war against the British crown on August 29, 1931
Minister N. Biren and Dr. Kh. Loken Singh Hon'ble M.L.A. Chairman P.D.A. and other dignitaries light candle to commemorate the Death Anniversary.
A women folk of Majorkhul also presented the Haipou Jadonang Prayer Hymn.
