The Fish farmers training programme organised by National Association of Fisherman Manipur state unit in collaboration with the Ministry of National Fishers development board, Hyderabad, Ministry of Agriculture Govt of India at Thangalawai village community hall under Bishenupur district around 60kms from state capital Imphal, Manipur.
