Womenfolk (foreground) protesting against the abduction of an Assistant Engineer of PWD deptt, gherao the PWD office complex gates on Feb 2nd 2008, confining hundreds of employees of the PWD, IFCD & PHED (background) inside the complex for over 2 hours after the end of the office day. The protesters were finally dispersed by police at around 6.25 PM. The UG released the AE of PWD in same day night.
