One day seminar cum workshop on relationship between police and media was held at the Banquet Hall of the 1st Battalion Manipur Rifles on 28th July 2013.
The seminar cum workshop was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Manipur O. Ibobi Singh. Revenue and Law Minister Th. Devendro and All Manipur Working Journalists� Union�s president Wangkhemcha Shamjai attended the function as President and Guest of honor in the inaugural function.
