The scene of deplorable condition of National Highway 37 (NH-37) Imphal - Jiribam Road which is a lifeline to people living in Manipur even after India won independence half a century ago.
The photo is taken on second week of July 2012 at a location between Nungdolan area and Jiribam.
People have to walk pass the road as their vehicle wheels are caught in deep mud and some part of the road faces mud slide out of downpour "
