13th Manipur Integrity and Solidarity Day commemorating the Mass Rally and Public Meeting at Mapal Kangjeibung which occurred on September 28, 2000 at Imphal, was observed at Lamyanba Shanglen on September 28, 2013.
The function was jointly organised by Apunba Manipur Kanba Ima Lup (AMKIL) and National Identity Protection Committee (NIPCO)
