Lt. General , Arun Kumar Sahni, commander of the Spears corps Indian Army, handed over material for constructions of seven bailey bridges, to Northwest Commander of Myanmar Army, Maj Gen. Soe Lwin, in an official ceremony held on 24th July 2013 at Leimakhong military bastion in Imphal, Manipur.
