8th Manipur State Film Festival 2013 was held from 18th to 24th December 2013 at MFDC Hall. On the final day of the festival awards for various categories were announced and given away. "Yaiskulgee Pakhang Angaoba" created a record by winning 13 titles which includes the Best Actor - Gurumayum Bonny Sharma, Best actress - Bala Hijam and Best Directer - Homen 'D' Wai. The festival was organised by Manipur Film Development Corporaton.
