The screening cum-rehearsal for the 'Manipur Pineapple Queen Contest, 2014' was be held on August 09, 2014, Saturday at Manipur Press Club, Majorkhul, Imphal. The contest is to be held during the 7th State Level Manipur Pineapple Festival at Sendra, Bishnupur District, Manipur on August 23 as part of promotional campaign of pineapple. The winner of the Manipur Pineapple Queen Contest will be richer by Rs 50,000, the 1st runners-up by Rs 40,000 and the 2nd runners-by Rs 30,000 respectively.
