Soibam Itali of Thoubal bazar is Miss Kut 1st Runners-Up 2008. She gets a cash award of Rs.30,000/- for that title. Miss Kut 2008 beauty contest conducted by Kut celebration committee held at 1st MR Ground Imphal on late night of Nov 1st 2008.
