Telly / Khayang Waterfall (The biggest in Manipur) in Ukhrul District :: January 2011

The biggest Waterfall of Manipur near Myanmmar border locality called Telly waterfall however the Khayang people called it Khayang Water fall. The height of this waterfall is 754 feets as surveyed and measurements provided by DC Ukhrul and local peoples.
One of the biggest challenge for a visit to this wonderful waterfall is that it requires a 5/6 days full day trek and sometime will cross the jungle, river. Due to Lack of Govt attention, such a wonderfull waterfall is still not known ot many in Manipur and outside world.

This was undertaken as part of Lion Four Zero Trek Exploration : A 10 days heavy and tough trek exploration in Jan 2011. The team consist of 4 photojournalists and videojournalists.
