Rainbow Cloud Phenomenon western side of the sky just before sunset occured on 9th september 2012 evening somewhere between 5 to 5:30 pm in the western side of the sky just before sunset.
It was accompanied by dark clouds nearby.
"My assumption is that the rainbow was formed behind the clouds and the clouds in turn reflected the rainbow light or maybe a hole in the ozone layer")
