The Sirarakhong Shanaolong (Women Society) celebrated the 2nd Hathei Phanit, Chilli Festival, at Sirarakhong village in Ukhrul district on August 31 2011.
Hathei, one of the best varieties of chillies in the world found in Sirarakhong in Ukhrul district is unique in its taste as well as its looks.
