Sikpuiruoi , Hmar community's biggest post harvest winter festival was celebrated at RK Puram, New Delhi on December 8 2012
The festival is organised by the Delhi Hmar Sikpui Organising Committee (DHSOC) Former chairman of Delhi Hmar Welfare Association (DHWA) Darsiemlien Ruolngul grace the festival as Sikpui Pa (Sikpui Father).
