Miss Orange Queen 2011 goes to Mandira Das, Kh Brajeshori as 1st runnersup and 2nd runnersup went to Nganzaveni Thetan on 17th Dec 2011 at Tamenglong public ground.
The said 8th edition of Orange Festival was observed for two days on 16th & 17th Dec 2011 and was organised by Orange Festival Organizing Committee, Tamenglong.
Chief guest of the closing function, Phunzathang Tonsing - Minister Horticulture and Soil Conservation announced to sanction Rs. Six lakh for Orange cultivators from the state govt from next year onwards while advising them to enhance productively.
