10th State Level Orange Festival 2013 was held at Noney Common ground in Tamenglong District on 14th December 2013.
Manipur and Nagaland Governor Mr. Ashwinikumar took part as Chief Guest while Manipur Chief Minister was the President of the Function. Deputy Chief Minister Gaikhangam took the chair as Chief Host, Speaker Th. Lokeshwor Singh, Deputy Speaker MK. Preshow, MLA M. Kunjo Singh, MLA K. Sharat Singh, MLA Z. Khikhonbou Newmai, MLA Jamhenlung Pamei, MLA RK. Imo and MLA K. Thamarjit were Guest of Honour in the festival.
