3rd edition of the North East Festival kicks off in New Delhi on 17 October 2015
the festival was inaugurated on October 16 2015 by Arvind Kejriwal, Chief Minister of Delhi. Deputy CM Delhi, Mr. Manish Sisodia & Mr Kapil Mishra, Tourism Minister of Delhi were the guest of honours for the inaugural.
