Day 2 : Tangkhul war dance performed on the second day of the Lui Ngai Ni, Naga seed sowing festival celebrated on February 15th 2016 on the theme "Sowing in tears : Reaping in joy" at TNL ground, Wino Bazar, Ukhrul
The main attractions of the festival would be traditional Naga rituals (lighting of sacred fire, blowing of horns and blessing of seeds).
