For the first time Manipuri Diaspora in Europe gathered together for a combined celebration of Eid and Christmas on 23rd December 2007 organised by the European Manipuri Association (EMA) held in Lancashire UK. Traditional festive meals were relished and good wishes exchanged. This gathering is indeed a step forward in fostering the cultural diversity of Manipur.
