Manipur Governor Gurubachan Jagat at the oath-taking ceremony for the newly expanded Ibobi-led ministry on April 28 2012 at Raj Bhavan , Imphal.
The new ministers includes Singjamei A/c I. Hemochandra, Bishnapur A/C K. Govindas, Saikhul A/C Ngamthang Haokip, Tadubi A/C Franchis Ngajokpa, Heirok A/C M. Oken, Mayang Imphal A/C Dr. Kh. Ratan Kumar, Patsoi A/C AK. Merabai and Lilong A/C Abdul Nashir.
