Thounaojam Tiken Meetei at Performing Artistes Centre, Khurai, Imphal, Near Doordarshan Kendra, Imphal organised 'The 4 day State Level Manipuri Clasical Solo Dance Festival, 2012' from 17th to 20 January, 2013 under the auspices of the Ministry of culture, New Delhi.

Born in 1987 at Khurai Thangjam Leikai, Chingangbam Leirak, Imphal East,. He is at present working as a regular performer/artiste of performing Artistes Centre (PAC) Imphal. He learned dance from different Gurus like W. Lokendrajit Singh , Taorem Yaiskul and Okram Jelen Singh. He participated in many Cultural Exchange Programme in India and abroad like Folk Dance Festival at Delhi, Rajasthan Bhopal, Banglore, Assam , Meghalaya, Kolkata, kerala and Nagpur, Seven International Folk Lore Festival, Thailand in 2009 2010.
