Smt. Raj Kumati Muktasana Devi is a well experienced and dedicated Manipuri dancer. She completed Diploma in Dance from Jawaharalal Nehru Manipur Dance Academy, Imphal and Acharya Course from Government Dance College, Imphal. She is a recipient of Young Artist Scholarship under the Ministry of Culture exchange programmes and festivals including Kangchenjunga Festival, 1998, Festival of Young Artistes, Imphal, 2002, Classical Dance Festival, Imphal 2004, Swarn Nritya Pratibha, New Delhi, 2004, Nritya Pratibha, Festival of Young Dancer, Bhubaneswar, 2005, 4th Octave, Festival of North East at Gujarat and Punjab, 60 years of India�s Independence, New York, USA. She has also participated in Khamnu and Ahangkar- Bhangam dance drama produce by the production unit of JNMDA, Imphal and Kaliyadamon under the TAPASYA, A Center of performing Arts, of which she is presently working as an instructor � cum- artiste.
