Dr. Moirangthem Macha Chaoreikanba (Anil) is an experience "A-Grade" Prashar Bharati Aritste. He Completed Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma in Raas and Lai-Haraoba from Jawaharalal Nehreu Manipur Dance Academy, Imphal. He received the young Artiste Scholarship and Junior Fellowship under the Ministry of Culture, Govt. of India. He is also a recipient of Dr. Ambedkar Followship National Award, 201o, conferred by Bharatiya Dalit Sahitya Akademi. He has participated in many national and international dance festivals such as National Kuchipudi Heritage Festival, Andhra Pradesh, 2006, Nritya Pratibha, Festival of Young Dancer, Manglore, 2007, Sankar Bharati Poorvoppar Vision, 2020, Guwahati, 2007. He has also given performance in Sweden and Katmandu. Presently, he is working as a Part Time/Guest Lecture (Dance) in the Department of Dance, Manipur University.
