As observed every on the 3rd day of the Manipuri month of Lamta, People from various walks of life come to pray to Ibudhou Tangleipung at Oinam Mamang Leikai in Bishnupur district on March 4 2014. The Ibudhou Tangliepung Khubam has three pungs. On this day the worhsippers worship at the three pungs before going to the central pung and throw pieces of 'Leitum' equals to the number of every being that lives in their house.
